Request and Complaint Procedure
Everyone has the right to request digital accessibility of the website or any of its elements. The request should include the contact details of the requester, the page it concerns, and the preferred method of contact. The entity should fulfill the request immediately, no later than within 7 days. If meeting this deadline is impossible, the entity will immediately inform the requester (maximum 2 months from the submission date). In case of refusal, a complaint can be filed with the supervisory body by mail or electronically, as well as with the Commissioner for Human Rights (Rzecznik Praw Obywatelskich).
