How to get to us

Public transport

Tram lines 5, 13 and 14 stop on Grunwaldzka street (Smoluchowskiego / Grunwaldzka), about a 7-10 minute walk. Bus lines 145, 163 and 191 stop near Świt and Bukowska streets, a few minutes on foot from the clinic.

By car

There is no paid parking zone on Świt street - free parking spaces are available along the street, right next to the pavilions and unit E1.

Entrance

Unit E1 in the renovated pavilions on Świt street. The entrance is marked with the NFZ (National Health Fund) sign and a "Poradnie Lekarzy Rodzinnych" (Family Doctor Clinics) banner.
