Funded as part of the Union's response to the COVID‑19 pandemic
We are participating in the project "Implementation of e-services in PHC facilities and their integration with the e-health system using a central tool" ("e‑Gabinet+"), financed by European Funds.
Our facility has received computer equipment that allows us to create and provide access to Electronic Medical Documentation (EDM), as well as provide e-services.
The project is funded by the European Union under the REACT‑EU package, supporting the response to the consequences of the COVID‑19 pandemic. The project's executor is the Ministry of Health, and its value is 199 302 875,71 zł.
The aim of the project is to support the digitalization of PHC facilities.
