New Location of the Family Doctor Clinic (from April 2023)

Important Announcement

Dear Patients!

We regret to inform you that due to reasons beyond our control, we are forced to move the clinic from the premises at Kochanowskiego 15. The cooperation with the Provincial Police Headquarters in Poznań (on whose grounds the clinic operated), which has lasted over 25 years, will end at the end of March this year due to the development plans of KWP Poznań.

Despite the bad news, we would like to inform you that the clinic will continue to operate, providing the highest quality of service and not leaving our patients without care. The new location will be the pavilions at ul. Świt 34/36 in Poznań.

The new clinic also means a new level of quality for patients - we will ensure the best possible interior finishing, access for people with disabilities, medical equipment, IT systems, and other amenities about which more information will follow in subsequent announcements.

The planned start of the clinic's operations at the new location is early April 2023. We will keep you updated on the progress of work at the new location and the exact opening date of the clinic at ul. Świt 34/36 in Poznań on an ongoing basis.
